How do I get Dead Bunny Slippers for $0.01?!?
Good question. Because everyone is so incredibly awesome and did enough MY#JANKY and JANKYBOMBS, we unlocked the Dead Bunny Slippers for one cent (that’s, like, a penny!). This is what you need to make sure you get them:
New Backers: If you’re new, back our campaign at any level and add $0.01 to the reward of choice. Existing Backers: If you’re already a backer, just click “Manage My Reward” and add that penny to it.
No matter what, the important thing here is your pledge ends with $0.01 - so $100.01, $1,00.01 $100,000.01 etc etc.
ALSO! This works only on desktop - so if you’re reading this on your mobile phone or PalmPilot, run on over to a desktop computer and start clicking - these bunny slippers won’t be available forever!

How do I back SUPERPLASTIC?
- Choose a reward level. Everybody can choose one (and only one) reward level to back this project. You cannot choose 2 reward levels. Just one. You will get all items in that reward—you cannot swap things that you don’t want for things that you do want. See other FAQ’s for why we can’t do this.
- If you want to add something, check out the Add-On Menu. If (and only if) you want to add something additional to your reward, check out the Add-On Menu below. If it’s in the Add-On Menu you can add it to your reward by increasing your pledge by the amount specified in the menu. You can only add things to your reward that are in the Add-On Menu. If you want to add on a Peak Design product that you don’t see in the Add-On Menu, don’t worry. We’ll give you a chance to do that after our campaign ends. See the FAQ for further explanation.
- Relax, you’re done for now. All details like shipping information, color preference, and add-on specifics will be collected via survey after this campaign has ended.

ADD-ONS: How do I add additional items to my reward?
Want to add an extra item to your reward? Simple. Here’s how:
-
If you’ve already pledged to this project, click the “Manage My Pledge” button at the top of the page. If not, click “Back this project” and pick one of the rewards. Every backer can pick one and only one reward level.
-
Look at the Add-On Menu on the very bottom of the project description. Find the item(s) you want to add. Increase your reward by the corresponding dollar amount. You do not need to add any extra money for shipping beyond the shipping surcharge that is part of your reward.
-
That’s it, you’re done for now. No need to do anything else until our funding period ends on June 15th.
In the weeks following June 15th we will send every backer a survey. In that survey you will tell us which specific items you want to add on to your reward. You will also have the chance to add Superplastic products to your reward that are not in the Add-On Menu. You will give us your shipping details at that time.

Can I buy multiple rewards?
Kickstarter has a limitation where every backer can choose 1 and only 1 reward per project. However, we have an easy workaround to get multiple rewards or multiple quantities of rewards:
-
If you’ve already pledged to this project, click the “Manage My Pledge” button at the top of the page. If not, click “Back this project” and pick one of the rewards. Every backer can pick one and only one reward level.
-
If you want an additional reward, simply add the cost of that reward to your pledge. Ex: If you want another case of JANKYs, add $195 to your pledge.
-
That’s it, you’re done for now. No need to do anything else until our funding period ends on June 15.
In the weeks following June 15th we will send every backer a survey. In that survey you will tell us which specific items you want to add on to your reward.

How does the JANKY SERIES ONE surprise box work?
JANKY SERIES ONE 3-inch toys are packaged in a sealed surprise box. That means that you never know which Janky design you’ll get until you open the box.
Some designs are super rare, and some are even secret! You can see your chance of getting a specific design by looking at the proportions underneath each design on our Kickstarter page. So, for example a proportion of 1/24 under a toy means that 1 out of every 24 Jankys will be that particular design.
Once you get your toys you’ll be able to trade them with friends and other Janky fans to get the specific designs you want. We’ll help set up Janky trading when the time comes!

Can I get a specific JANKY SERIES ONE toy I want?
No, you can’t! :)
When you get a JANKY SERIES ONE toy in comes in a sealed box, and you never know which design is inside until you open it up. What’s inside is a surprise!
Some of the designs are rare, and others are even secret. The proportions of each toys in the set are posted under each toy on our Kickstarter page (For example, 1/24 means that 1/24 toy boxes contain that specific design). That’s what makes collecting Janky toys adventurous and fun.
If you want more Jankys you can always add to your order, please check out the ADD-ONS section at the bottom of our Kickstarter page.

When will I be charged for my pledge
Your card will not be charged until the project has come to an end on June 15th at 9PM EST.
Last updated: May 29, 2018 09:31
Can I pay without a Credit Card?
No. During the Kickstarter campaign, we’re only accepting payments through Kickstarter. (So if they only accept credit cards, we must follow those rules) Once the campaign is over, we’ll certainly explore other ways of getting you the game and post an update.
Last updated: May 29, 2018 09:31
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of Kickstarter, we cannot offer refunds to backers once the project ends, with the exception of the unlikely instance of a defective reward being shipped out. Once the campaign ends, we will be running to make your JANKY as fast as possible!

Will you be adding more toys that I can back during the campaign?
Probably ;)
Last updated: May 29, 2018 09:31
Can I change/update/delete/add to my address/order?
Absolutely. Your address should be linked to your Kickstarter account, but don’t despair! Either way, at the end of the campaign, we’ll send out a survey asking for a final mailing address plus a detailed description of exactly what you ordered so we can be sure to send you the package you ordered before we put your Janky in the mail.
Last updated: May 29, 2018 09:31
When do I provide shipping details?
Kickstarter doesn’t ask for shipping details when you back our project, because there’s a chance that certain backers will have different addresses by the time we are ready to ship. We’ll ask for your shipping details a few weeks after we complete the campaign on June 15th via email.

If I live outside the US, will i have to pay duties/VAT to receive my reward?
This depends on your local tax code. Unfortunately, there’s no way on Kickstarter for us to control charging each backer additional duties/VAT at the time the pledge is made, and so these fees (if applicable) may be imposed at the time of receiving the package. Any applicable duties/VAT are the sole responsibility of the backer. If you are unsure whether or not you will be charged duties/VAT at the time of receiving your reward, please get in touch with your local post office.

What shipping method will you use to send my reward?
We don’t know yet! We’re working hard to get he best rates from each carrier at the moment and likely won’t have a definitive answer until a few weeks after the campaign has ended.

Why are you launching Superplastic on Kickstarter?
Kickstarter lets us make just exactly the number of toys that our fans want to buy. That’s way more environmental as there is no waste. Also, Huck and Paul have loved Kickstarter forever, and it’s an amazing way to connect fans and artists and everyone together!
Besides, if our toys suck nobody will back us on Kickstarter, and then we can quit making toys and open a hot dog stand (Paul’s dream) and join the Jabbawockyeez (Huck’s dream).

Last Updated At: 06/19/18What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
